Summary As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding. Serves as a Supervisory Engineering Technician (Aerospace) within the Schedule Maintenance Team, AJF-2230. Responsibilities Required to travel, work rotating shifts to include nights, days and/or weekends, and work in other components of the organization or geographic locations. Directs the work of subordinate employees in a Line Station Maintenance Sub-team, who perform line maintenance work on the agency's fleet of aircraft.
