About the role: You'll be responsible for leading daily cafe operations, managing staff, maintaining quality standard & ensuring smooth and efficient service. You'll also play a key role in cost control, rostering and training the team to deliver outstanding customer experience. Strong knowledge of cost of good control and labour management.
