KILN DRYING MANAGER Red Stag Timber, New Zealand’s largest sawmill, is a privately owned leader in structural timber production employing over 450 staff and contractors.  Located just 10 minutes south of Rotorua CBD, this site-based role offers convenient access to forests, lakes and a variety of outdoor activities. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Kiln Drying Manager to join the team, overseeing eight modern timber drying kilns, which operate 24 / 7.  This role provides leadership to a fulltime supervisor and an operator team of 15 staff and contractors.  CAPEX upgrades exceeding $10m are planned over the next two years to further improve the thermal efficiency of all kilns.
