Overview The Vermont Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office in Rutland is looking for a Community District Manager, who oversees all operations, including the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff. You'll also Manage offender programs related to work, education, and housing in the designated area. Community District Managers act as a liaison to correctional facilities, criminal justice partners, local officials, service providers, non-profits, and other key stakeholders to ensures compliance with Department policies and state statutes.
