Description MaineHealth Corporate Management/Leadership Req #: 76101 Summary: The Patient Access Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing the team of Quality Assurance Representatives. The team is responsible for researching and resolving registration related errors for all MaineHealth entities live on Epic. This team is also responsible for identifying system issues that create registration related errors for encounters that occur at all MaineHealth entities live on Epic. Management and oversight requires extensive knowledge of standard MaineHealth Patient Access policies and procedures in addition to entity specific policies and procedures for all MaineHealth entities live on Epic.
