Parts - Manager – JA Harrex Mechanical Full-time – Timaru About the Role This is a key position in the workshop, responsible for ensuring technicians have the correct parts on time and that our parts department runs smoothly. You will work closely with the service manager, technicians, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities • Source, order, and receive parts and consumables • Maintain stock levels and manage inventory • Prepare parts for jobs and support technicians with parts queries • Liaise with suppliers and obtain competitive pricing • Maintain accurate records in our workshop management system • Assist with customer enquiries at the counter and via phone/email • Ensure stockroom and parts areas are tidy and well organised About You • Experience in automotive, heavy diesel, agriculture, or machinery parts • Organised with strong attention to detail • Confident communicator with suppliers, technicians, and customers • Good computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly •...
