Your role will involve sole responsibility for a project plus assisting the construction manager on other projects. • Programming and managing programme and quality (Microsoft Project) • Assisting with construction methodology and consulting with architect/engineers • Liaising with clients • Attending to any council matters • Material procurement • On site supervision • Progress reporting • Health and safety As an applicant you have 10+ years local site/project management experience on commercial construction projects in the small to medium sized range.
