JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Shift Manager Location: Pizza Hut Kumeu Reports to: Restaurant General Manager PURPOSE OF POSITION: To effectively manage allocated shifts within a Pizza Hut restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures, with emphasis on control of production, customer service and Team Member supervision. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Shift Managers are responsible for the operation of the Restaurant whilst on shift, maintaining all company policies and procedures. Organize and Monitor Inventory levels. Inspect supplies and raw materials during the shifts and place orders with the suppliers.
