The Senior Lab Manager leads the strategic and operational implementation of the Economic Mobility Lab’s agenda, ensuring the successful execution of projects that advance IDJ’s mission to reduce child poverty and improve economic mobility for families in Puerto Rico. The Senior Lab Manager is core to our goal of improving the outcomes of programs and practices that serve families with children.
