JOB REQUIREMENTS: Develop, manage, and optimize the production schedule to meet customer deadlines and order requirements. Supervise and lead production staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive team environment. Train new production employees on equipment operation, processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. Ensure all orders are produced accurately and delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
