The position works both independent and within a team, often under tight deadlines responding to the incidents and recommendations for quality improvement and implementation of Policies and compliance measures. The ability to be proactive and exercise sensitivity and confidentiality as this position can have an adverse impact on the Individuals that we support, the well-being of staff and compromise our regulatory agreement(s) with the States of Pennsylvania and Delaware. The position will support Investigations and Quality Management initiatives/projects that ensure quality measures, the safety and well-being of the Individuals that we support and the staff that we employ.
