Executive Summary The Executive Director of Innovation Schools (EDIS) will serve as the chief architect and steward of Springfield Innovation Schools, ensuring that the schools maintain high performance, deep community alignment, and sustainable innovation, anchored in the values of equity, excellence, and empowerment.
