This role owns mechanical maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, pumps, etc and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards.
