Summary The Gift Shop Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Visitor Services in the overall operation and performance of the store, and visitor center. Which includes but is not limited to customer relations, sales, visual merchandising, operations, staff selection and supervision, training and development, and loss prevention. The Gift Shop Manager also adheres to all company guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations. The Gift Ship Manager’s primary job function is to contribute to the success of the store, visitor center and events, driving sales and profitability while directing all aspects of the visitor experience. The Gift Shop Manager position reports directly to the Director of Visitor Services and performs all duties listed and any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Visitor Services.
