Job Description Role Overview As Facilities Manager supporting our Mechanical Facilities, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. This role owns mechanical maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, pumps, etc and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority.
