Collaborate with leadership in the oversight of a portfolio of real estate assets acquired by the department. Monitor contracts for property maintenance, consultants, demolition, construction, and other activities. Oversee routine maintenance and the security of all assets and serve as primary point of contact for properties under assignment. Evaluate properties and assist in planning for potential acquisitions and subsequent redevelopment. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and Three (3) years in managing distressed properties, real estate assets or directly related experience or An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
