Job Summary The Manager of Compliance Training leads the team of trainers responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Control Center operators. This role ensures that all operator training meets mandatory regulatory requirements (including PER ‑ 005 and COM ‑ 002 ‑ 4) and supports safe, reliable real ‑ time operations. The manager oversees the full lifecycle of operator training ( initial qualification, continuing education, simulation-based training, and compliance documentation ) and ensures alignment with Federal and State regulations, including those from FERC, NERC, R eliability F irst (RF) , and MISO. This position also contributes to NIPSCO’s broader NERC 693 and NERC CIP compliance efforts as they relate to operator readiness and training.
