The Program SeniorManager - Fleet Solutions plays a critical leadership role in designing,transitioning, and scaling fleet management programs for a large, globalenterprise client. This role leads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functionalinitiatives spanning operations, CMMS platforms, inventory management,technology, field execution, finance, and partner ecosystems . Operating at theintersection of strategy, systems, and execution , this leader translatesclient requirements into standardized, scalable operating models andensures that fleet programs-particularly those dependent on CMMS workflowsand parts availability -can scale reliably across a distributed network. Therole is accountable for program outcomes during major network transitions ,including CMMS implementations or migrations, operating model changes, andscale events.
