Job Description The Role: As a Performance Management Specialist within GM's Global Talent Center of Excellence, you will be part of the team that designs, operationalizes, and continuously improves the enterprise-wide performance frameworks that drive individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner within the Global Talent COE, across other HR COEs, and amongst other stakeholders to manage performance management processes, systems, enablement, and experiences that align employee contributions to GM's strategy and business objectives.
