Job Overview The Partner Business Development Manager at iCIMS is responsible for building, launching, and scaling strategic marketplace partnerships that expand the ICIMS partner ecosystem. This role will build on the ICIMS portfolio of marketplace partners and will manage the partnership lifecycle from evaluation and onboarding through integration launch and initial adoption. This position carries direct revenue accountability to pipeline and revenue. The role operates at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships and requires a strong blend of analytical skills, sales and/or business development acumen, and go-to-market coordination.
