Provide daily hands-on administration, and configuration of CRM systems (Salesforce & Veeva) for the North American Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. Work with the overall BIS CRM and Applications team with secondary or backup coverage for Incyte's Oncology franchise as needed. Maintain integration of field-based sub-systems such as speaker programs, rosters, alignments, sample, fulfillment, Mobile Locker, Okta, and other key applications. Work with colleagues and stakeholders to document, prioritize, and deliver business and technical solutions. Gather project requirements, define business rules, lead discovery sessions, and prepare impact analyses. Responsible for managing vendor activities and deliverables.
