Job Description Provide hands-on administration and support of the enterprise network environment Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki switches, with a heavy focus on connectivity and performance Monitor network health and proactively resolve connectivity, latency, and outage issues Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including VLANs, routing, and switching Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues Assist with network upgrades, configuration changes, and ongoing maintenance Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated network issues Maintain documentation for network configurations and changes Provide on-site support as needed in a fast-paced environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
