Department Information Technology Services Job Description Essential Functions Troubleshoot and maintain AV Systems 50% Manage and respond to requests by end users to address problems experienced with the AV in classrooms, meeting and event spaces. Follow CEMS and ITS guideline for responding to use requests in ticketing systems. Troubleshoot AV issues and repair where possible. Evaluate complex AV problems and make suggestions for upgrades or changes as needed. Provide interim working solution in spaces where an immediate fix is not possible.
