Summary Serves as a Supervisory IT Specialist in the Systems Administrations Services Section, AMK-221. Responsibilities Provides leadership and guidance to subordinate employees to administer, develop, deliver, and support information technology (IT) systems and services. Directs the work of subordinate employees at the organizational unit level. Work usually includes routine project/program tasks based on established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Managerial duties typically affect employees in one organizational unit.
