Job Description LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking The FAA is seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as a Cloud DevOps Tech Support to provide technical support for cloud infrastructure and applications. The candidate will focus on resolving incidents, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting end-users with technical challenges in FAA cloud environments. The candidate will support operational stability, ensure compliance with FAA IT standards, and provide timely response to service desk tickets related to cloud and DevOps technologies.
