Job Description As a Remote RCM Service Delivery Consultant, you will lead and support revenue cycle implementations while maintaining full visibility into where each client sits within the implementation lifecycle. You will manage a portfolio of 2-10 clients, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic partner while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and executives. Your role includes proactively identifying and resolving revenue cycle challenges, delivering regular status updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations, and serving as the RCM subject matter expert throughout both net-new implementations and ongoing optimization efforts.
