JOB REQUIREMENTS: Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: Concessions Manager Supervises Others: Yes DOL Status: Full-Time Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt General Summary: Responsible for the set-up and clean-up, moving, and re-arranging of stands and equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas and ensuring compliance with established food handling sanitation practices. Serves as main contact to manage the ongoing interactions and partnerships between PMI and its food and beverage suppliers. Job Duties: Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
