Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager (Contract) to serve as the primary point of intake for complex business requirements and to partner closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role acts as a one stop shop for gathering, clarifying, and documenting business needs, translating ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items. The ideal candidate excels at working with senior stakeholders, including VP level leaders, and has strong experience breaking down complex initiatives, documenting current and future state business processes, and creating process flows and visualizations (Visio preferred). This role works closely with Scrum and development teams to ensure work is well scoped, development ready, and aligned to business objectives, helping reduce pressure on both business and technical teams.
