The VP, Product Transformation is accountable for leading the prioritization and effectuation of transformative improvements in the experience that participants, team members, and meaningful stakeholders have when interacting with us in alignment with the company's strategic and operational goals. Success is measured by the degree to which transformation efforts bring about the intended improvement in KPIs outlined in their approved business cases.
