Job Description Program Leadership: Own/initiate project structures (charters, schedules, RAID, communications) and run governance cadences (steerco/tollgates). Commercialization: Orchestrate R&D ? pilot ? scale handoffs; manage launch readiness (supply, labeling/regulatory, training, enablement). Brand Renovation: Lead refresh initiatives (pack/formula/positioning/visual identity) with Marketing, Regulatory, Ops, and Quality. Process Management: Implement/iterate frameworks (Stage Gate, Lean/6s) and maintain a single source of truth in Smartsheet/PLM.
