Job Overview: Driver Delivery Lead - Memphis, TN The Driver Lead is responsible for delivering product to small and large format accounts on a predetermined route for advance sales, maintaining strong customer rapport, quality service, and effective merchandising of products. The Driver Lead will also be responsible for training all new hires for all Driving and Merchandising positions or general re-training when necessary. Shift and Schedule Monday through Friday 4:00am until route is finished Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Local routes Responsibilities Deliver products to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.
