Job Description Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division. Responsibilities Deliver in person and e-learning training content for data center operations, covering mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, ensuring clear and engaging presentation to technicians, engineers, and operational staff. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate scalable, accessible, and interactive training sessions, ensuring content is effectively delivered to diverse audiences. Monitor and assess learner progress during training sessions, using post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate comprehension and skill application.
