job summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support teams transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model, and from waterfall delivery to agile ways of working. This is a hybrid position in downtown Nashville. This role will focus on coaching teams, leaders, and partners through practical, sustainable change while aligning delivery practices with organizational goals and constraints.
