As the Hire To Retire (HTR) Delivery Director, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in HR operations for the North America region. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless delivery of region-specific HTR processes. This includes defining and delivering key operating metrics that align with organizational needs, allowing us to measure success and continuously improve and transform our services. With oversight of approximately 40 employees, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Kellanova North America (KNA) Region Center HTR teams to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
