Job Description We are seeking a senior individual contributor to lead supplier strategy, performance management, and external delivery optimization across OCI's global data center construction portfolio. This role sits within the Chief of Staff organization and partners closely with Construction, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery leadership. This leader will define how Oracle manages supplier performance at scale ensuring vendors meet schedule, quality, and contractual commitments while enabling predictable, on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.
