Job Description We are seeking a Team Lead / Manager for our Adoption Program Managers (APMs) supporting Fusion Analytics (FDI / FAIP). In this player-coach role, you will manage a group of APMs and your own portfolio of high-touch enterprise customers. Your primary objective will be to drive customer adoption, increase product and AI usage, and ensure customer success with Fusion Analytics. APMs are responsible for increasing usage and product adoption for select Fusion Analytics (FDI / FAIP) customers.
