Summary The purpose of this position is to plan, implement, administer, and continuously improve the facility's GEMS/Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring compliance with all VA/VHA environmental directives, Federal and State regulations, and applicable Executive Orders. The person in this position is the primary technical authority for environmental compliance, waste management, NEPA planning, and pollution prevention across all clinical and administrative operations.
