Perform moderately complex and standard analyses, evaluation, and preparation of budget documents and appropriation bills. Prepare analyses of financial conditions, revenues, and expenditures of the County funds in preparation for annual budget documents. Escalate to others for complex situations, resolution, and policies. Implement and monitor budget activities, coordinate the budget formulation process, and analyze each budget request by account.
