Definition This position in the Director's Office-Information Technology Section at Columbus Water & Power (CWP), under general direction, will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the ongoing management and analysis of data and processes associated with Oracle Customer Cloud Services (Customer Service and Billing System) on behalf of the division from a functional user perspective; performs related duties as required.
