Summary of Job Responsibilities The Change Management Specialist plans, develops and implements change management strategies and plans to support and promote organizational, technology and cultural initiatives that involve significant business process change to minimize impacts to employees while maximizing sustainable adoption and increase utilization of the projects and initiatives that enhance ROI, achieve favorable results and measurable outcomes.
