The analyst will administer benefits related to company leave of absence, time off policies, CBA's, and EE bank balances as appropriate as well as monitor time off banks. Attention to details related to policy application, state and jurisdiction requirements, and timelines are important. The Analyst will be working with Absence Soft, WorkDay and Work Force Software systems. Time off is tracked across the company.
