Description Job Overview: As a Community Management Apprentice, you will participate in a rotational program providing access and firsthand experience to the many facets of our organization. The program will include two phases: a corporate office training phase and a field-facing community association manager partnership phase. This 11-week program is designed to provide a “fast track” for individuals looking to join the community association management industry. Our curated roadmap trains, engages, and challenges individuals who are the future Community Association Managers of FirstService Residential Illinois. This in-person opportunity is based out of our Chicago corporate office. Throughout the program, you will travel as needed to on-site properties across the Chicagoland area, as well as our Suburban corporate office in Hoffman Estates, IL.
