As the Manager – Card & Treasury Management Sales, you will be responsible for managing the Treasury and Card Sales Officers in the Small-Medium Business segment of UMB. How you’ll spend your time: You will develop, implement and execute market-based sales strategies. You will actively work with markets and lines of business leadership to ensure joint strategies are linked/aligned. You will represent and build treasury management brand internally and externally. You will champion client needs and product innovations. You will lead deal team(s) to solve complex client needs and issues. You will lead team to achieve market/team/individual metrics, customer retention goals and new sales production targets. You will develop performance plans/goals for the sales team.
