Job Description: Our Opportunity: Chewy is hiring a Manager, Category Management for our Merchandising team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and will focus on accelerating growth in Private Brands. To drive growth, this person will drive new product launches on site, develop Chewy’s offering to better support customers and work across categories to create relevant merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiations and ecommerce experience, the ability to execute and communicate customer lead strategies, and work well across other teams including Product development, Finance, Inventory Management, and Site Experience. This candidate would have the ability to lead other team members through coaching, development and clear prioritization.
