This role delivers Tier I operational and sustainment support for Microsoft-based client systems, enterprise applications, and classroom audiovisual technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting enterprise desktop environments, Microsoft Intune, Army baseline configurations, and end-user troubleshooting in a structured DoD environment. You will support mission-critical Army operations in a structured, high-impact environment where reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism are essential.
