Summary The Student Payroll Specialist supports the efficient operation of Kutztown University's student
employment and payroll functions and reports directly to the Payroll Operations Manager. This role is responsible for processing the
bi-weekly student payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines. The specialist
manages onboarding for new student workers, including completion of required hiring documentation and coordination of FBI fingerprinting and
Child Abuse clearances, and oversees the rehiring process for returning student employees. Daily responsibilities include maintaining
