The Director of Technical Product Management owns the roadmap, prioritization, and developer experience for Ralliant's shared software platform, which serves as the foundation for its portfolio of operating companies. This role is central to Ralliant's platform strategy - defining which common platform services get built, driving adoption across operating companies, and advancing AI-first software delivery practices that accelerate time-to-market and reduce cost-to-deliver across the portfolio.
