Job Description The Workforce Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a critical role in the transition from Workbrain to Workforce Manager, partnering closely with business, union stakeholders, ADP, and IT leadership to design, build, and successfully deploy a new workforce management solution. This role is responsible for leading functional design, ensuring compliance with union agreements, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring the system is configured correctly for long-term success. The SME will work side-by-side with project leadership through design, build, testing, and go-live.
