The State of Connecticut, Department of Social Services (DSS) has an anticipated vacancy for a Director of DSS Rural Health Projects (Health Management Administrator). This role will lead, coordinate, and oversee multiple Rural Health Transformation Program ( RHTP ) projects that DSS is responsible for implementing. DSS is the overall lead agency for RHTP, which is anticipated to be at least $100 million per year for five years for Connecticut.
