Iowa Health Care department of Patient Financial Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coordinator (RCC) supervisory position that may have 3-11 direct reports that can be a mix of Merit, P&S and/or student positions and will serve as a resource for complex billing issues. You must have outstanding customer service skills, leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will enable respectful interactions with a wide range of internal and external customers, including but not limited to; our patients and their families, insurance companies and third-party vendors.
